Order Your Chapel by the Sea Name Tag
In May 2024, Chapel by the Sea members and regular attenders are invited to wear a Chapel by the Sea name tag to worship and other church events. The hope is that this will foster community within our church family, because “sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name!” To order your name tag, simply fill out the form below and look for an announcement about where to pick up your name tag. We will have a designated place to pick up and drop off your name tag each Sunday. Your first name tag is free!
